Major Connect Live, LLC Purchase Policy

Effective date: June 28, 2018


By moving forward with any purchase provided by Major Connect Live you agree to our Purchase Policy. 

All sales are non-refundable. Major Connect Live does not offer refunds or exchanges of tickets and/or passes purchased on the Major Connect Live web site or via our mobile site. The following circumstances are exempted from the No refund or exchange policy: (Canceled events, Postponed or Rescheduled events). If a show is canceled, postponed or rescheduled you will be notified by Major Connect Live support team.


If you've purchased tickets and/or passes to a show that has been canceled, you will be eligible for a refund minus the initial service fees. If a refund is approved, funds will take 7-10 business days to be credited back to your account/card.


If a show is postponed or rescheduled you will need to respond to Major Connect Live notification email within 48 hours to be eligible for a refund. If you do not reply within the 48 hour window, your purchase will atomically be valid for the rescheduled event and also go into a non-refundable state.


Please Note**  Major Connect Live are not the sole decision makers for refunds. Any refund or exchange is at the discretion of the artist's management and/or promoter. 

After your online purchase is successful and confirmed you will be emailed your confirmation. Please read your confirmation carefully, it will provide you with important information about redeeming your tickets and/or passes. Please have your confirmation email with our reference number and please be ready to present your picture I.D.
