MAJOR CONNECT LIVE LLC, PURCHASE POLICY

COVID-19 RISK ACCEPTANCE: An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any place where people gather. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. You assume all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting a communicable disease or illness—including, without limitation, exposure to COVID-19 or any other bacteria, virus, or other pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness, whether that exposure occurs before, during, or after the event, and regardless of how caused or contracted—and you hereby waive any and all claims and potential claims against Major Connect Live, the Artist/Talent, the Event Organizers and against any companies affiliated with Major Connect Live, the Artist/Talent, or the Event Organizers—relating to such risks, hazards, and dangers.
REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ALL SALES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Major Connect Live does not offer refunds or exchanges of tickets and/or passes purchased on the Major Connect Live web site or via our mobile site. The following circumstance is exempt from the No refund or exchange policy: (Canceled events, Pass Protection).
If you've purchased tickets and/or passes to a show that has been canceled, you will be eligible for a refund minus the initial service charge and processing fee. If a refund is approved, funds will take 7-10 business days to be credited back to your account/card.
POSTPONED OR RESCHEDULED EVENTS
If a show is postponed or rescheduled, your initial purchase will automatically be valid for the rescheduled event. Your purchase can only be eligible for a refund if the event is canceled completely.
With VIP Pass Protection, if you can't attend your VIP activation for reasons you'll get 100% of the base pass price returned to you. If your VIP activation has been rescheduled your pass or passes will rollover to the new date and automatically be valid for the rescheduled activation along with your VIP Pass Protection Coverage. If your VIP activation gets canceled or if you cannot make the rescheduled activation date, you can cancel your VIP Meet & Greet purchase and receive 100% of your “base purchase price”. “Base Purchase Price” is the price of your purchase NOT including any fees and/or charges added at time of your purchase. (i.e. Service Charge, Processing Fee and VIP Pass Protection Fee). For any reason if you are unable to attend the VIP activation, you may request to cancel your VIP Pass for a full reimbursement, up to 24 hours before the date of the activation. Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the activation date will not be honored and will not be eligible to receive a refund. Please Note** Major Connect Live are not the sole decision makers for refunds. Any refund or exchange is at the discretion of the artist's management and/or promoter.
REDEEMING YOUR PURCHASE
After your online purchase is successful and confirmed you will be emailed your confirmation. Please read your confirmation carefully, it will provide you with important information about redeeming your tickets and/or passes. Please have your confirmation email with our reference number and please be ready to present your picture I.D.
