With VIP Pass Protection, if you can't attend your VIP activation for reasons you'll get 100% of the base pass price/face value returned to you.

If your VIP activation has been rescheduled your pass or passes will rollover to the new date and automatically be valid for the rescheduled activation along with your VIP Pass Protection Coverage.

If your VIP activation gets canceled or if you cannot make the rescheduled activation date, you can cancel your VIP Meet & Greet purchase and receive 100% of your “face value/base package price”.

“Face Value/Base Package Price” is the price of your purchase NOT including any fees and/or charges added at time of your purchase. (i.e. Service Charge, Taxes, Processing Fee and VIP Pass Protection Fee).

For any reason if you are unable to attend the VIP activation, you may request to cancel your VIP Pass for a full reimbursement, up to 24 hours before the date of the activation. Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the activation date will not be honored and will not be eligible to receive a refund.
